Shuttle Service is available from Calgary International Airport
at $290 first passenger + $25 each additional passenger return (max 5) with suggested pickup time 2:00-3:00 pm.

YOUTH - At Bent Creek we focus on improving horsemanship. Youth wishing a guest ranch vacation with us, must have a keen interest in learning more about horses and should be at least 14 years of age. Exceptions are made for those who can demonstrate experience and enthusiasm!

There are no discounts offered for youth.

Reservations A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. (Do NOT send your credit card information by email.)

Cancelation Policy: If you cancel 61+ days prior to the booking, your 25% deposit (less a 5% handling fee) will be refunded. If you cancel 30 to 60 days from your vacation date, your 25% deposit will be retained. If cancellation is less than 30 days the full amount will be retained however, any retained payments may be applied to an alternative date within a one year period. We strongly encourage guests to purchase their own trip cancelation insurance. Guests are responsible for personal health and accident insurance .
